Crushing plant

We offer here service for shredding your plastic too. The line was installed in November 2015, from Czech manufacturer Odes Jaroměř capacity devices 500 kg / h and consists of two milling equipment. From the first part - a fraction preddrtiče sieves of 25 mm and the second crusher (knife mill) on the output of 0.8 mm. Line enables several types of customized outputs - 8 mm, 10 mm or 12 mm. Before entering into the second crusher is a magnetic separator which separate all magnetic metallic elements. The material is fed to big bag by cyclone and shipped on a pallet.

Pressing of plastic and paper materials

We offer a service of making bales of plastic and paper materials by vertical single-chamber press, package dimensions 1500 x 1000 x 1000 mm with pressure of 25 MPa.
